HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are unsatisfied with the purchase of our products within 45 days of your purchase date, please tell us why the products did not meet your expectations by filling out our Contact Form here.

Once the refund is approved, we will refund you 80% of the purchase before sales tax and shipping cost. There will be no refunds after 45 days of your purchase date. View our Refund Policy here.

WHAT IF I HAVE MISSING/ DAMAGE PRODUCTS IN MY ORDER?

If the product(s) received do not comply with your order or if the content of the parcel has been damaged, please fill out our Contact Form here to contact us within 15 days of the purchase date.

If you are missing any items from your order, we will send you the missing items within the next 5-10 business days once your request is approved. Send us a question by our Contact Form here to request the missing item.

To request a damaged item replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Send us an email at customers@arublu.com  with a picture of the damaged item for our review, and we will mail you a replacement of the item within the next 5-10 business days.

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase date, we unfortunately can’t offer you any replacements for missing and/or damaged items in your order.  View our Missing/Damage Policy here.

 

WHAT IF I MISTAKENLY PLACED AN ORDER AND AM REQUESTING A REFUND?

If you wish to return an order for a full refund, please contact us by our Contact Form within 5 business days of the delivery date. In order to be eligible for the full refund, your delivered box must not be opened and must be shipped back at your own expense to us at:

Upon receipt of the package, please allow 1-2 business days for return processing, and 3 to 5 days Business Days to post onto your account. The credit will be issued to the original payment method and you will be notified by e-mail. View our Full Refund Policy here.
